They do wear funny hats! They would usually have on their red coats but it was cold that day so they had on their winter gray coats instead.

Their are no guns in London, not even for the Police. The only people who can carry them are the ones protecting the Queen, like this guy.
This is the Queen's carriage! She's inside with her husband of almost 60 years, the Duke of Edinburgh. (If I find someone with a better picture of her, I'll post it later)
